The new Ardenno Historian module provides users with the ability to quickly include existing data directories, subdirectories and files in the Ardenno indexed knowledge management repository. Historian automatically applies a detailed index for rapid searching and filtering. The Historian enables users to apply customer specific metadata tags and established scientific ontologies for selected files to provide advanced semantic searching capabilities.

Town Hall dynamically displays a file's Relevancy Heat Index from advanced algorithms with a quantitative ranking and displays a specific Heat Index color scheme to denote its quintile ranking. The creation of an Ardenno "knowledge community" in Town Hall provides increased content relevancy and a linkage between the available information and individuals across disparate research organizational silos.
