- Ardenno Collaboration Center Server License
The Ardenno Collaboration Center Server is the main repository server license for Ardenno. Key capabilities include: metadata manager with ontology tag support, automation and scheduling engine, enterprise-grade search relevancy engine, embedded graphical reporting and resource utilization dashboard, Livelink ECM and SharePoint Document Management Interface, standard user licenses and MyData Agent licenses.
- Ardenno Administrators License
The Ardenno Administrator is the main license used to set-up, administer and maintain your Ardenno collaboration repository.
- Ardenno Standard User License
The Ardenno User license is used by the user community to select content in the Ardenno repository and enables each user to create their own "Favorite Bags" of relevant content. Ardenno User's can graphically enhance data collaboration with Ardenno Town Hall.
- Ardenno MyData Agent User License
The Ardenno MyData Agent User license seamlessly connects remote Ardenno Users who often have disconnected collaborative content, such as a laptop PC users, to be fully connected with Ardenno's Collaboration Center. Ardenno MyData Agent Users can graphically enhance data collaboration with Ardenno Town Hall.
- Ardenno Town Hall License
Ardenno Town Hall provides a graphically relevant view of all the collaborative data stored in the Ardenno repository. Town Hall works with Ardenno Administrator, Ardenno Standard User and Ardenno MyData Agent Users.
- Ardenno Historian
The Ardenno Historian offers new users a way to easily and quickly index all existing data. The Ardenno Historian graphical interface maps targeted datasources and instrument file directories to enable full indexing of content and the applying of metadata and unique tag values, as well as the addition of company specific ontologies to better enable superior enterprise searching capabilities.
- Ardenno Document Management Connector
The Ardenno Document Management Connector provides seamless access and integration into leading document management and content management systems such as Open Text Livelink ECM and Microsoft SharePoint.
